How Does One Play Proper Golf?

On Monday, Jonathan wore an oversized cotton polo and khaki pants with pleats…to play golf…in July…in South Carolina.

We teed it up in the 90s Compression Classic at The Aiken Golf Club for our second event with a group of golfers known as The Proper Golf Society. There were Big Berthas, Titleist DCI irons, and random clubs with thrift store stickers still attached.

While there was a couple of formats to give us some competition, the goal of this and all Proper Golf Society events is to enjoy golf from a time when the game seemed simpler.

Robert & Buck are two guys from Athens, GA who love golf, love people, and are building something special.

I’d highly encourage you to check out their next event on November 1 at The Fields Club!
